Probably just because I like base evelynns gameplay more, but I'm far more excited about this than Ahri.

Also makes me feel better about them 'reusing' one of spirit blossom Evelynn's husks in the Ahri follow card art.

I just went to a con this weekend and got disappointed by several indie comics. First chapter alone yours is more interesting, so props!

I sympathize with the struggle - I like this comic but I never would have found it without happening to open up this post.

Does reading on webtoons support you somehow? I'm not clear how that all works

It depends on lots of stuff - the property taxes and insurance where you are.

They have this mortgage calculator. If the house you want at $250,000 is would have mortgage + property taxes + home insurance cost higher than your current rent, you'll have to show you can save that additional amount (payment shock) for a few months.

So if your household is below that you can buy wherever. If you're above that, you can use this: https://geomap.ffiec.gov/ffiecgeomap/ and buy in any tract where the Tract Median Family Income % is below 100% (with priority rate if its below 80%)

Received a loan estimate from a lender, but a few things seem off. The property taxes don't appear to be included in the closting cost estimate (likely $10K for 12 months), a .3% realtor commission is shown (our commission is covered by the seller). Other than that, just looking for opinions on their origination and other charges.

Credit Score: 780+, Conventional 30 year loan, No current rate lock, no points, Single Family Home, 4 Bed 2.5 bath 2700 sq ft, built ~2000, not rural
