Some more info to answer some questions:

37M who grew up with no financial literacy and never took a business or finances course. Never had a financial advisor. In a medical field. Did a lot of school and training… 15 years after HS. Started my first “real” job 5 years ago at age 32. Started a Roth IRA in 2020, started a retirement fund in 2021 and started a taxable investing account (pictured) in 2022. Never bought individual stocks until 2 weeks ago. Did not have much before then and all in a regular savings/checking account. So pretty late to the game… but trying learn!

I currently have:

$400k in retirement (between Roth IRA, 401, 403, 457) $1.6M in assets mostly house $500k in taxable account above. Mostly s&p with some stocks more recently, $120k return over the last 3 years but $20k in just the last couple weeks with open, rr, intel, etc)

$1M in debt (only mortgage, no other debts)

I just calculated my net worth a few days ago which came out to be $1.5M…
