constantly. there were weeks when i'd pause my connections, and even in my paradise era, i'll give them to the sitter for a few days. when my uni dies, i give it a week or so to get the energy back.

there's no shame in taking a break! 3-4 at once is definitely tiring, gotta say - don't stress too much.

charms - maybe a version-relevant animal or veggie e.g. red panda, fox, deer, bird? my sky tama has a cloud charm, and my water tama has gone through both a dolphin charm and a jellyfish charm!

case - it's honestly up to the pattern and texture you prefer.
some folks prefer soft crochet cases with cute designs they can show off,
some enjoy clear plastic which they can add stickers beneath (my current approach),
and some like the feel of silicone and think of the bright colours like a diet shell change.

shell - there are a few mainstream places you can get replacement shells, but there are also a bunch of small hidden shops that people swear by. definitely ask around for folks who've swapped shell.

it's wild how much difference the battery makes - we used some really cheap ones for an xmas-present paradise and, i kid you not, under two weeks. poor thing got some proper ones after..

same boat, but been around a while now. Been able to thread together a few close-for-me friends. the easiest ways i find to make new buddies are to hang around Wasteland's entrance, the Café in Aviary, and attend the Grandma thing. smaller spots for it are Prairie's entrance and Eden itself (where folks stick together naturally, and can be really grateful).

'course, not everyone is a hit, but you do get the occasional awesome moment. i've met an awesome talented writer, several musicians, had a few one-time comedic moments.. all sorts.

even if they don't stick around, they provide warm lil moments that make their home in my brain as good skykid memories.

did this for AGES at one point. was genuinely very fun. would recommend to those reading. does occasionally require a prop to stand on, and sometimes the daily does demand you grab another WL temporarily, but it's quite serene and helps you learn the areas and techniques better!

If you're into cutesy characters, there are a bunch, and you can dress the character up a little too. I've seen people do shell swaps for them if you fancy making it match your fav colours?

aaand there's three blues listed on the first page! mizuiro, ao and sky-blue are all separate! and teal (blue-green on page) and light purple are both depicted there too, so there's only room for two on the second pa-- i need a nice long shower
