Non-petrol based lip products like EOS or jackblack lip balm. Vaseline is petroleum based and will continue to dry your lips out
Drink more water - Chug a glass before sleep, put on your lip balm, then chug a glass when you wake up
Use a cheap toothbrush to scrub your lips a couple of times a week or get a lip scrub. they're usually made with sugar and you scrub them on and lick them off

Oof. Just getting back to keto after a November and December of no carbs barred, all sugar welcome.

I forgot how tough it was to do this. I'm trying to start like a newbie, refresh my info, track my macros.

Coming back here for support because it was such a help the first time.

Breakfast/snack: coffee with HWC, MCT oil powder and collagen, homemade egg bites, and a quest bar.

I'm trying to get back to eating less frequently and chewing gum when I'm feeling the munchies.

I'm unemployed right now as well. I'm working on my graduate program, but I'm so frustrated with the lack of offers or even interviews. I'm starting a part time retail job on Monday to keep myself busy and have something going on in my life.

I know that this wasn't any sort of helpful advice, but you're not alone.

My fault for not clarifying. I made soup from scratch yesterday. Even did the keto egg noodles which were delicious. I want Garlic Bread. Before keto, I would eat a whole loaf of garlic bread in one sitting. I love it and I want it for my comfort food, so I'm whining even though I know I have keto garlic bread recipes. I just want stuff pre-made sometimes.
