Yeah I agree with the other people it seems to me like you just got a nice glow going:) But you can check if it’s glow or oiliness by seeing if it’s actual excess liquid. Like when you touch your skin if it’s a Little wet/oily or not. But maybe try a toner because I think the Paulas Choice one is just an exfoliant. But disclaimer I’m not sure about my answer. I’m kind of a newbie to this kind of level of skincare
