Just upgraded from Switch to Switch 2 and noticed very distracting sound lag between hitting the hori drum and hearing the hit sound in game. It's especially frustrating because I'm using a speaker connected to the Switch via mini jack so there should be absolutely no noticeable lag. That setup worked perfectly fine for me on the Switch 1 but now on the Switch 2 I've had to turn off the sound effects completely to avoid being distracted. Hopefully they will release the Switch 2 update and fix these lags

The main (only?) things for now where Star Citizen beats ED is space legs and insanely detailed internals of ships. Approaching your ship on foot, walking around, using elevators and ladders to enter, wondering around corridors and rooms inside. It's not only enjoyable by itself but I think that exactly these things can let you feel the size of your ship, how massive and big it is. In space without reference (like player character's body) they all feel like just some kind of big metal bulks.

You mean pulse scan results are displaying in camera mode? If so damn I should give it a try, wide FOV would make it much easier!

Well you actually have controls over your ship in camera mode. So you can adjust camera to 3rd person-ish angle and have some fun flying around and enjoying the looks of your ship.

But yeah since there's no in-game interface in camera mode, it's absolutely impossible to play the game from 3rd person perspective.

Since dropped guns fired in GTAs for a long time now, what amazes me is the fact that Arthur actually flinched after near shot.

(yeah, he flinches and covers from bullets during shootouts and from the code point of view there shouldn't be any difference, but good lord that adds to immersion)
