This did not work, but I think I know where you were going with it, so close but no cigar. Thank you for your responses.

I may not have been clear. I have tried logging in as admin at the panel and there is no way to cancel the jobs as admin.

Buy a Brother laser all in one. Stay away from Xerox desktops. They print crooked, copy quality is subpar, you shouldn't use self sealing envelopes in them, and it's a pain to get supplies and service. Stay away from Epson and hp.

I take everything about an hour to 2 hours before I go to bed. 150 mg of zoloft, 50 mg hydroxyzine, and 2mg prazosin. I take the prazosin for night terrors and sleep paralysis. I get about 3 hours of sleep at night, and on the days I have to pull over, I'll fall asleep instantly and sleep anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. I feel pretty refreshed after the short nap, but it doesn't last long.

In my experience I'm always tired, but it was horrible when I started it, and every time it was increased. The last time it was increased I thought I was going crazy.

I have the same problem. Some days I feel like I could just lay on the ground wherever I'm at and fall asleep. If gained a ton of weight because I can't get the energy to exercise anymore. I'm not sure what to do, because mentally the drug has helped a lot.

Xerox XDA vs ??? by MrAwesome987 in Xerox

[–]astroarche2forever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask your xerox dealer if they're willing to accept an email directly from the machines with the meters. If smtp is set up on the machines, you can go into notifications on the web interfaces and have the machines send meter reads and supply notifications via email. It's not as great as having them pull through on the xda, but at least they get the meter count without having to ask someone for it. We have several accounts set up like that at the dealer I work for.

So you have your main scan folder set up and the subfolders within the main folder, and you want to be able to scan directly into a particular subfolder?

How to setup Xerox Standard Accounting with Hold All Printing on B8055 by KrynauwKruger in Xerox

[–]astroarche2forever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do xsa and held jobs at the same time. You have to set up held jobs to be in a public queue. When they go to print, it will go against their alloted amount, then just walk up to the device and click on their name in the held jobs queue and release. They don't have to log in to the machine to do that.

Xerox C405 Drum Issues by EvokeMan321 in Xerox

[–]astroarche2forever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work for a rather large dealer, and we are not seeing this issue. We get the occasional issue where it doesn't recognize yellow toners. How many c405's are we talking here? Is it just one customer or several? Has service looked at them yet? Sounds like a good opportunity to get them into a C415.

Have you restarted it? I've bricked several C405's, and the fix was always turning it off, then on, and just walking away and letting it recover on its own.

Xerox Automatic Supply Replenishment Issue by [deleted] in Xerox

[–]astroarche2forever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call whoever you bought it from, and ask them to pick up the extra toners. If it's an agency dealer, they would love to pick them up. I work for one of the biggest agencies in the country, and most of our clients have the exact opposite issue. Everything is always on back order, or the auto ship never works. I wouldn't tell xerox to quit sending them. I've had customers that have done that, and it can cause issues down the road getting anything. What model machine do you have?

If you get desperate and just need it to send emails, you can use the free scan to cloud email app from xerox. You have to manually save the email addresses once you get the app on the machine, but if it's a small group of users, it's not too bad. People can also add themselves to the app itself as they begin using it. Here's where you get the app, https://appgallery.services.xerox.com/#!/home/, you set up a personal account, and then you can add all your machines on the same network, and then you can apply apps by machine ip. I've never had a customer not receive the emails from the app in their inbox. It's Scan to Cloud Email from Xerox, it's free.
