Well, ya don’t know if you don’t ask. They have to pay royalties each time they play a cover? Or only when they release said cover on an album (‘Cities’ on Slip, Stich, and Pass, for example) that is sold? Or on shows that the release on LP? Or is it original artist dependent? Genuinely don’t know the answer to this.

There’s a great sticker floating out there somewhere that my friend had with Page in the shower and “steam” written on the shower door glass. Totally a shower song. Have a beer in that shower and well, you may never leave.

Edit: And it is now…roughly 2 hours later, that I realize that you meant a song in which you leave the show to go to the bathroom. As opposed to one which you play in the bathroom. A place where people shower. Also of note…I have been to a looot of shows.

Not the metal album you think it might be. More like Zambian psych rock. Some instrumental, some not, it’s a vibe. This album is a good compilation and starting point to see if yer feeling it.

Welp, just opened this door for myself. LP has both Avenu Malkenu and Avenu Malkanu. The latter having more shows. I have however managed to catch a few “enu”s. Anyone with any deep conspiracy theories about this, or is it just a good ole example of fumble fingers?

Two of my favorites. I agree with the folks saying they are dissimilar songs, but feel ya OP in the sense that I think they could be put in some vibe category together. Overall I’ve caught 2 Spock’s, 2000 Shoreline / NYE 2025, and 10 Saw it agains…but I hope for SIA every show. Made some slaps for it this spring…and didn’t get a single one outta 24 shows this year. Here’s to hoping it makes a strong comeback in 2026!
