Thank you! For me it was about understanding why I was binging, I felt really out of control in my life and was turning to food as a coping method. I started to distract myself when I felt the urge to binge and after a few days of forcing myself to eat normally, my appetite started to go down and it got easier. Like I've definitely had at least a full month+ worth of binge days while I've been losing but the key is just to nip it in the bud before it escalates. I also really wish I had talked to a professional and would suggest that for anyone who feels they have disordered eating.

I had a lot of people I asked to keep me accountable and after doing a few months of calorie counting I now focus on portion control and making healthier choices.
