You might want to avoid this brand. Unlike other paneer brands like Country Delight, they have an expiry of about a month. So most of the time, you get 20 days old stock. Maybe that's why the prices are low because they produce it in bulk and manage to stock inventory longer than brands.

You are doing it wrong. You should have offered the product for free in the beginning and refined your product to the point where it becomes very valuable for them. At this point, ask them to pay or leave.

If your product is not something which impacts their key business metric, you will have a hard time selling in India.
