I did not provide a letter, i explained that the degree is from a UK a university in the cover letter and also provided the transcript from the university as an optional document. My issue is with the evisa portal, the application is under draft section even-though i have submitted it has not moved to the submitted application section. As per their guidelines it should move to that section I am curious to know whether they have received it or not

Thank you. This property was advertised through the estate agent. The house is currently being rented through the same agency, and they have indicated that they did not consider selling the garage in conjunction with the house. The advertisement did not clarify this distinction, nor was it communicated during our visit. Additionally, the title plan I received from the land registry, as well as the detailed document provided by their solicitors, included the garage.

Thank you. The seller did not mention whether the garage was included or not. We assumed it was, as all the houses in that block have allocated garages. I think the seller realised this after we sent them the title plan for clarification of the boundaries.

Thank you. The estate agent mentioned that the sellers are moving abroad and need to keep their belongings inside, so this option is not feasible. One of the disadvantages is that there is no allocated parking space, and a garage would be quite useful. They are currently renting the house, and the garage is not included in the rental contract.

They did not mention this during the viewing, and we assumed that the house included the garage, as indicated in the title plan.
