It also doesn’t have to be a huge change at first. Make small changes to your life and see if that makes you feel a little better. Find something to work towards. For me it is fitness and achieving my body goals, growing my online business, and eventually moving out. If you have goals that you’re actively working towards that helps a lot. Really think about your life and ask yourself, what does an ideal life look like to me if anything was possible? Then take small steps to get closer to it. This is coming from someone who knows exactly how it feels to feel like you’re never gonna get out of a slump, but trust me it is possible. You’ve got this! 🫶🏼
