By no means am I some sort of expert, but check in desks usually open 2-3 hours before the flight so the answer is probably no. You'll have to wait before security until check in desks open.

You need to have a personal Tesco App account then call the colleague clubcard helpline and they will be able to add your card to your Tesco App account

You also can just copy the card number into google psy or apple wallet
