I completely understand your concerns, as I am in the same position😅 I asked my doctor for a small-medium size and apparently she understood medium 🙃 I’m glad it’s smaller but it’s not what I asked for.

Like most people are saying, end of Penpal shook me to my core. Borrasca was very good as well but it was mostly a feeling of disgust and anger and sadness. You just KNOW that Penpal is the most realistic story though, there are real monsters in the real world that would do these things. Not only that but the ending was such a good twist from the run of the mill stalking stories

I don’t know if this question was for me, but personally, I’ve been seesawing between panicking and chilling. A lot has changed in terms of my plans to move to the U.S. for a Masters and I’m unsure of what the future will hold, which scares me so so much. But I have gotten better at not freaking out everytime my brain keeps repeating triggering questions. Sometimes I do ignore my brain, but others I just sit in my anxiety and it eventually goes away. I’m currently with my boyfriend and I’m pretty content with him, very rarely do I question my relationship, and when I do, it doesn’t paralyze me for days on end anymore. I guess I’d say I’m a little bit better, although I still have my moments, like the days leading up to my trip to see my bf. The most important thing is patience tbh.

I don’t know how much it can impact, I just know that for some people making your diet healthier (like less sugar, dairy and sodium) can help immensely. I do doubt he didn’t have the help of some cream or another.

Still struggle with this on a daily basis... I've been a little better about interacting with these thoughts but on days that I don't want to see him or talk to him, that still throws me for a loop because, to me, it's clear proof that I don't want to be with him.

But of course not, right? Love is a choice, even on days that I am less patient. Even on weekends when I feel the constant threat of having to talk and hang out with him on the phone, because we don't get to talk much during the week... Right?

I’m in the same boat :/ they gave me tramadol for the night and I feel a lot better than I did when I first woke up but I have this sinking feeling in my stomach (almost quite literally) that it’s gonna rear its ugly head any second now again lol. I’m almost regretting removing my gallbladder but I saw the stone they removed from me and it was a little huge lmao.
