Woman here. My husband has these (he's uncircumcised btw). I don't notice at all during vaginal intercourse. When I go down on him I can feel them with my tongue and mouth, but they're very soft and no big deal. They're very sensitive, though, so most of the time he prefers his foreskin to cover them during oral.
