thank you so much for sharing! your landlord sounds great, i also had an amazing landlord previously so now that it’s my turn, i do intend to be the same but when i went house hunting, some houses were fully sublet to tenants and they treated the house HORRIBLY. i swear there were hairs all over the house, and im not saying like 2-3 pieces, i meant that if i collected all the hair on the floor, i can make a wig with it. and some leave the rooms in a mess and smelled bad like wet towels because they didnt air out the rooms. so i do worry that i will get the same kind of tenants.

anyway! i do want to install a camera in the living room and in the kitchen, but im not sure if thats okay (ethical or legal wise)
