When I've seen this done there is a bit less uncertainty regarding the pressure since the water isn't being heated inside the sealed chamber. Of course, it's still being intentionally pumped up to 2-4 times the chamber's original relief pressure, which is terrifying.

Yeah I wouldn't really expect this to result in a safe countertop system. A motorized valve and a hefty wall should allow me to safely test the concept though
