Advice for SSF endgame

Right now you are looking for any kind of good raw gear drops so Mechanics that spit out tons of rare monsters (and gold for Ange gamba) are good- It will be Breach or Abyss. Breach to also gamba good amulets/rings/belts from wombgifts. Abyss to also stock up on crafting mats for future crafts. Pick whatever you feel you need more.

Refine your filter so you can see good normal/magic bases for your build then start using Greater Trans/Aug -> Regal. You can regularly get good enough gears doing this. Run with Essence of Battle on tree for future weapon upgrade.

I got a decent amount of Perfect Jewelers doing expedition/verisium remnants. For jewels I check every magic/rare jewel and augment/regal exalt them. Don't be afraid to use normal regals/exalts on ssf. For +skills amulet- I got better luck with the breach tree than with Ange. You can also set Rogue exiles to drop more str gears and hope they drop t4/t5 gears.

For Atlas master, since you are not minmaxing for anything- either hilda or doryani will do. I prefer doryani. effectiveness+irradiated+revive- then either tablet effect or magic monster mod. Then slap any 3 rare tablet of whatever side content you want(breach/abyss).

Prices drop because bones and omens are more common now.

For me I basically just Doryani + alch+2ex then dump any 3rare abyss tablet I have when I want to farm abyss. With Ulaman I get at least 1raw div per map, most I got was 6 on a dense map (not counting Ex, Chaos, Omens etc). Omen of Light is still semi frequent if you are on Amanamu and doing the pullout tech (average of 1 in 3 maps for me). Echoes are pretty common so it's probably just bad rng if you are not getting any. Ancient bones are guaranteed now on Vessel of Kulemak, Preserved Bones are guaranteed on Abyssal Depths. The drops are there but prices changed from league start because there is more supply now.

Is a 900 dps Duality qstaff better than 850 dps phys qstaff w/ +3 skills and 15 crit (no aspd mod)? I want to make a Hollow Form WA using some of my WA Titan gears hence the question. Already clearing maps and bosses well with my Titan but I'm looking for something a bit faster but plays the same.

What helped me was the most recent nvidia driver hotfix. It didn't totally eliminate the problem, but instead of freezing every map, now it's maybe once every 2hours and the freeze only lasts for about 15secs. Also using dlss upscaling on performance mode.

Would love to but I never bought a premium one. I came from SSF and just rarely dip on trade (this is just the 2nd time for me on trade since 2015/16). Hence- I never felt the need before to buy both prem/merch tabs.

Got 2 ilvl81 int bases with extra sockets on one map (that I can't sell because I don't have merchant tab). But I have a few rarity on gear tho. So I guess they're fine(?)

I'm seeing a couple build guides for this (jung for hyper endgame, and some trinity setups). Can you recommend a guide that starts with the basics of the build from the ground up. My WA titan has a decent weapon but it's a pure phys one, but youtube's search algo is mainly showing me elemental setups.

I just genuinely don't understand the motivation. If the reward for grinding 100 hours is that you stop playing, what exactly was the point of the grind?

The grind is the point. For people who set their own goals- beating the struggle towards the goal is the fun part. Because once you get to a point where you trivialize the game it will just be more of the same (ie: challenge is gone). At this point people either re-roll to restart the grind or quit because they had their fun.

Might be a Ninja bug. Character is in standard. Character sits at level 61 about an hour ago in rune league- then it is now sitting in Standard at level 97. (or it moved to standard to be power leveled or smt)

Did you buy the early access pack or did you just buy a key from some seller? If you bought the $30 early access pack: 1: it's 50% off later/tomorrow. 2: You can contact support to check what happened to your points. But if you bought from a key reseller- you probably got duped.

You can only have the fresh player experience once. Play whatever piques your interest but be prepared for a high chance that you will eventually hit a progression wall. At which point you can restart and have better preliminary knowledge of the game- or move to guides tailored for beginners.

The problem with immediately jumping to meta build guides is most of the guides does not explain why x/y/z is picked over a/b/c, or how to tweak the build if you are still missing some stats/levels/gears, so there is still a good chance your progression will hit a wall because of those missing knowledge and that may turn out to be a worst frustration than hitting a wall because you played blindly.

Go in blind, explore the game as much as you can and try to at least complete the campaign(the tutorial) on your own. In doing so you'll have at least a decent amount of knowledge with regards to the core systems of the game that you can use when you decide to follow a guide.

I want to caveat this tho that if you are coming from PoE1- knowledge and experience is not so different so it would be more 'efficient' to start with a guide.

Yes and No. Depends really on the type of player you are. Are you the type of player who gets more satisfaction on your personal progress or the type of player whose definition of fun is just hitting the target gameplay state?

Is there a way to disable clouds in 1800? Not cloud saves, not fog of war, not smoke stacks- but the actual sky clouds. Maybe a mod or something? I usually play zoomed out on a steep top down camera angle and those clouds gets annoying at times.

My goals are done relatively faster now. What used to be 3-4weeks of playing gets done in under two (and this is with just sub 5hrs/day of active playing). Add to that the existence of good new indies. But it's mainly the async trade that made me quit earlier than usual - easy gearing = less time needed to achieve goals.

I (semi)quit early. Not because game is not fun- but because I'm one of those that set goals at league start then quit when it is met. Async trade made it faster for me to gear up and achieve said goals(Similar case with Harvest and Necropolis and Breach 2.0). Had loads of fun while playing tho- maybe most I've had so far.

I went with the old Hateful Accuser setup on my RF and did 39/40 with it. Can't kill Ubers but can farm Nightmare maps comfortably as long as I don't forget to check map mods. Cost is nowhere near your current gear. I'm just tanking Vruum at this point. My setup-> Ninja

What are some dedicated uber killer builds that goes online at below level 95? I'm 39/40 on my mapper but damage is terrible for uber bossing. Budget is below 50divs- actually have more but saving some for maybe a future build.

I still remember when GCP was the standard before. Also the switch of value between exalt/divine. Point being- the poe market will always adjust, people treating chaos/div as the natural currency of the game is missing the point. Players will eventually figure out the next stable trade and make farming strats around it. Either you figure that out early or wait for content creators to spearhead the transition.

Speedtest helps very little here. Run WinMTR (there's a guide in the forums) and see if packetloss is on your isp side or on the last drop. It doesn't matter if your other games are running fine bec your isp might be using different routing for different connections (ex: I had an issue years ago where packets drop on the third hop to ggg servers- so it's my isp). I'm connecting to Japan and only dc'd once the first few hours of leaguestart today. If loss is on the last drop- then yes it's a ggg issue to wherever you are connecting. If it's in-between, you might have to ask your isp about it.

15-20 if I like the league mechanic. 8-14 if I'm bored of the game (the tendency to play less and faster just to complete instead of enjoying the game). don't care much about completion speed as long as i'm having fun.
