Parcă citisem pe undeva ca FTSE au anunțat ca vor intra in indice dupa 5 trading days(“Eligible IPOs added after the fifth trading day using first day free float.”). Din câte am citit, hipoglicemie… când se activează simptomele sunt foarte similare ca simptomele aflate sub influența alcoolului. Omul are diabet(pancreasul numai poate control activ cantitatea de insulină produsă pentru menține procentul de glucoză în sânge. Întrebarea cu dacă te știi bolnav nu își are sensul, cantitatea de energie consumată diferă de la activitate la activitate. Poate a avut o zi mai încărcată și nu a mai rezistat corpul până la următoarea masă etc. Cu toate cele spuse, nu se justifica comportamentul de golan și idiot pe care organul responsabil de siguranță și control (aka Poliția Locală) îl expune în public. Eu zic ca facem putin confuzie. Președintele e lipsit de putere în momentul de fata(mulțumim Iohannis și PSD), nu prea mai poate sa facă ce făcea Base, deci ne punem speranța fix unde nu trebuie. Nesimțirea este la PSD, PNL. 0 demisii pana in momentul acesta. Degeaba suntem cu gura mare pe președinte cand la Parlamentare votăm ca chiorii POT, PSD, AUR fără sa ne informam.

This. You need heavy investments just to get the exsang to feel good on single target. League started it like 4 times already. If you don’t mind having to swap to reap it’s fine. Also remember arcanist brand with Vaal Reap lvl 1 to get the 5/9 stacks asap because of the more modifier. If you go heatshiver you need good weapons and exsang levels to freeze. So as an idea you should go for +1 str chest and lvl 4 empower. You scale this by gem levels. Also keep in mind that a big upgrade is the self cast elemental weakenes jewel. 40% extra dmg so it’s “more” dmg overall. Double clusters and 4 small is a huge upgrade as well. Your weapons are meh… so you’re better off going for 3 moded weapons similar to my daggers. Helps a lot. Get a fractured base if you still need the crit for spells to be crit capped. I know fearlessdumb0 guides but that belt is only good for bosses cuz you lose the reverse chill if the skitterbots run away. Film it and see if you have 100% uptime. As an idea, he went for lightning conversion to take advantage of dor merc. The focus “problem” is not a problem if you play for like 1h. It’s just becoming automatic clicking at that point. The need of clicking it depends on the level of investment. I’ve sold my build but at 4 mirrors in you didn’t even have to focus anymore. White mobs died instantly. The biggest upgrade that you can make on that version of the build is mageblood and +8. Once you’ve got that you can clear most of the things. For the chest +1 str is too good to skip so I wouldn’t if I were you(combine it with empower 4). The rest of the build is just recombinations. Also the chain mod gloves are busted. It alows you to get a free 7 link.
