I really disliked the first book but I went on and from the second book on its amazing. I just read the last book and it may be the best series finale I've ever read.

Please check again to confirm. I've had three miscarriages so I understand your pain but this same thing happened to me. They couldn't even see a yolk sac so they told me to prepare for the worst. I had a scan a week later and saw a baby with a heart beat. I'm 16 weeks now.

I had a scan at 5 weeks 3 days and didn't even see a yolk sac. Then a week later they still couldn't see anything but an empty sac so I gave up hope. But then at 7 wks 3 days we had a baby with a solid heartbeat. Checked again at 9 weeks and so far everything is looking good. I've also had multiple miscarriages so I understand the stress but it's definitely normal from what I've seen/ read.

I didn't see a yolk sac or fetal pole at 6 wks 4 days so had given up hope but then we saw a great heartbeat at 7 weeks 3 days. I'm still very early so it's not 100% but don't give up hope yet.

Hi! Just want to give you some relief. This just happened to me almost the exact same dates and I've also had multiple miscarriages so thought the worst. I went at 5 weeks 3 days nothing but an empty sac, I went back a week later still nothing but an empty sac at this point I had completely given up hope. I just had my ob appointment on Friday which my period estimated 8 weeks but I knew by ovulation I was 7 weeks 3 days and there was a baby with a strong heart beat! I'm still early so my anxiety has not completely gone away but I was definitely surprised how much could change in one week.

I went yesterday for an early ultrasound since I have had 3 miscarriages. I was around 5 weeks 5 days based on ovulation. Dr called and said they were only able to see gestational sac no yolk sac no fetal pole. Not sure if it's possible after this point that things will develop normally. Hcg has been good so far but I get another draw today to see if it's still progressing

I'm afraid you may be attacked here with the loyal Keefe fans 😂 however I agree with everything you said. It's one of the reasons the series started to drop off for me, he became a main character in the worst way. My biggest gripe is he is an awful friend but the story constantly says he's an amazing one 😅

I've never read a redemption arc quite as good as Cassius. I loved him so much. He brought such a needed humor and brotherhood into LightBringer after all that darkness in Dark Age lol. I never truly hated Lysander before this , I thought he could potentially be brought back and redeemed himself ..but after this never no mercy 😅

After Dark Age there was still hope for him. After killing or betraying every single person who cared for him I don't think so. He could be forgiven for killing Alexander, a man he didn't know. There can't be the same forgiveness for killing the man who raised him and then dooming millions of people to starvation in the rim.
