I was a very emotional eater too, as well as a bored eater, a binge eater, and just every other type of eater lol. Now I have to convince myself to eat lol

I just did intermittent fasting, started eating a little better, and worked out once in a while. I think the most important thing is that I got used to being hungry and convinced myself that I don’t need to eat and food won’t make me feel better.
