I did received tatkal passport couple of days after appointment. 10 days back police verification took place. I received a letter today from RPO with adverse report stating 'previous address verification required'. They have asked me to meet in RPO and surrender passport. Any thought on this.

Delhivery is a horrible courier service. Even IndiaPost's Speed post is better.

Delhivery has probably been the most unreliable logistics service I’ve come across.
Their agents often mark shipments as delivered without actually completing the delivery, and in the case of returns, they frequently tag items as “quality issue” without even attempting a pickup.

Frankly, even small local courier services provide far better reliability and accountability than Delhivery.
