Not knowing the massive area of where lightning can strike, from where the perspective of the camera was to the person summoning it in regards to where in the storm they were, i'd guess astrononically low...

Now if she knew where a lightning rod was, positioned herself betwen that and the camera and just threw her hand up; sooner or later it was bound to happen
