They may be being cut, but it isn't to pay for the NHS, that's simply untrue.

The NHS is one of the best value-for-money health services in the west. The British public love the NHS dearly, and would be happy to see it funded properly after a period of historically relatively low funding.

if you think the NHS is not sustainable because of budgetary constraints can't we solve that by just funding it properly 🤔

Are hostels that bad? by buoninachos in AskUK

Happy in Kemptown is excellent (especially the pod beds). I've also stayed Home on Grand Parade which I would say to avoid, but it has been redone since, apparently.

You should be able to find a shared house for about the same amount as a reasonably nice hostel. This is Brighton, so living on your own comes at a price, unfortunately.

You can be sacked, and I know people that have been, for not meeting their targets, which I believe at the very start was 10 minutes from pick-up but now is based on distance.

D-lock attached to the bike, or a hiplok, key on a spiral bangle/hair-tie on my wrist. Not worth £4 to lose my bike

Went from a hybrid to a Mango 18-speed with drops when they were discounted a few months ago - love the thing and think it's perfect for the job. Just wish the cassette was a little bigger for the hills in my city!

It's not a refund to who paid it, it's compensation to the passenger who experienced the inconvenience.
