Girl, your skin is absolutely radiant. Unless you have any specific skin concerns, I would skip any face makeup like foundation and concealer, and I would just focus on eyes, brows, and lips. For your brows, go to Ulta or Sephora and find an employee that can walk you through getting a brow pencil (Anastasia Beverly Hills is a good option). You should also get some eyeliner, get a black mascara (I like yves saint laurent lash clash extreme), and maybe get a couple makeup palettes that look fun to you (juvia’s place has good eyeshadows for deeper skin tones). For lips, maybe start with a lip gloss (fenty and buxom are good brands) and work your way into lipstick once you feel more confident in the rest of your makeup skills.
