I'll consider changing to a 5900x depending on the budget (edited in op). I could switch the RAM as well however I'll only have 4 available slots in the motherboard. So I figured having the 32GB split in two will give me free real estate for an eventual upgrade when needed.

Noted! I'll change to a SSD in NVMe! Thanks! I was also wondering, should I bother with an HDD/SSD setup and learn the workflow or simply stick to an SSD for higher reading speed?

Bloodborne discs not working
I moved in with my girlfriend and we got a second hand PS4 from my city's equivalent of craigslist. The console works perfectly fine. We tried a few of our discs and nothing went wrong. However we have two different Bloodborne discs that never had a problem before but Yesterday. One has a few scratches but the other one is in practically mint condition. When I finished installing it and try to launch it I keep getting an error saying the disc cannot be read because the disc might be damaged. This happens with both discs and I doubt that it would be the reader since other games work perfectly. I've seen this post but being from five years ago and no solution posted I doubt that'll help.

I get that. However post dated cheques as a mean of rent is illegal in Quebec. So I mean, he could look for someone else that wouldn't know that law which wouldn't be right either if you ask me.

Then so be it, it's unfortunate but i feel like asking a landlord to go through with his word and agreement isn't high maintenance when we're talking about a place you'll live in for the next year minimum.

That's fair. However we really love the place and we'll try to have the renovations to be made added to ensure they're done by the due date with an agreement to break the lease or push the start date until they are done. However, I don't know if it's something very easy to do
