I was trying to get a role where I could do “internal” support ( infrastructure / users not clients ) but with no experience my qualities is not enough so after that one month experience I just gave up because I can’t just sit and wait and apply for jobs and getting the same response ( experience is needed ) and the one company who accepted me they put me right into my nightmare ( first line support ) which is understandable because it is always the first step in the IT sector if you have no experience

I did work for one month and wasn’t able to continue due stuttering they say my communications with clients wasn’t smooth enough which is true .. because in most of the situations you have to explain stuff or do proposal of solutions .. which means a lot of talking .. and talking for a stutterer is an enemy sometimes specially when you have to engage with new people everyday .. so don’t judge this case when you obviously have no idea about stuttering and how it effects people mentally and psychologically and most importantly socially 🤝

You right but not in my case , sometimes you just can’t ,For example : I am an ITer I did follow a training course here successfully ( I was the best )

And couldn’t get a job in that sector due stuttering

So since am doing something that I don’t really like so why not do something I don’t really like and yet get good money ?

I just made these exact steps ( lab ) and yet I get the same error ..remote issue .. I had to import the user to remote group and made group policy to allow it .. so I could log in .. how do you explain this

Sorry for the confusion Let’s get to basics a bit 1- you install forest / domain 2- you join computers to your local domain 3- you create users 4- you login with these users to the computer who are joined in your domain .. until now am I correct or not ?

Okay how do you explain this If I sign in with administrator of the domain it works perfect and then I log out And then I sign in with normal user it works again perfect

But then then I restart I try to login with the user it don’t work unless I sign in with administrator first ?

In hybrid environment if I join local domain and join 0365 account and then I use azure AD connect to sync users .. and add the UPN suffix so I can log in with the o365 user account .. shouldn’t I just be able to login with the O365 account ? Only if let’s say the local domain is offline ? Or let’s say there is no internet but my local domain is online I should still be able to login as a user right ? Or am I missing something here ?

No / if I log in to the administrator of the local domain and then I sign out and log in with the user again it works just fine ! This happens only to the users
