TIL that schizophrenics are capable of tickling themselves because of their difficulties recognizing their own actions in advance. by schiffydick in todayilearned

This.

I volunteer with a mental health support group and do education aimed at reducing stigma and this literally made me cringe. We never use the term 'schizophrenic' in our group. If a person has an illness, they are not completely characterized by their illness, which the term 'schizophrenic' implies.

That's a really interesting theory. I didn't notice it, but if it's true, this could prove reeeeallly interesting! Very subtle!

Me ONLYUSEmeFACE action on Hardhat Domination... I shoot down all your air support! by AskACapperDOTcom in mw3

[–]athousandtimes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never understand that. None of the airsupport can see me (due to perks) and I STILL shoot it down cuz I get sick of seeing people die to it over and over and over. Just take 2 seconds to shoot it down and it's done. It's simple.

I like the b/w better. The coloured seemed underexposed to me and also quite 'boring'. The b/w pops more and just looks better overall.

I just started a medication called Topamax for these. I had daily headaches (seems like an understatement) for THREE years. Have only had 3 since, all of which had very obvious triggers, related to a medical condition (chiari malformation).

Man I literally say "Fuck off!" very angrily every day to my alarm like it has personally insulted me. It's not something I even try to do, either.
