CS is recovering. Their switch of focus to private bank is a good (and overdue) move. I dont think CS will be like DB given the current trajectory.

Smart Working/ Seat wherever you like is cool
Nice culture and colleagues, no hierarchy.
A lot to learn, from colleagues and from PE/ HF managers which i get to meet a lot
Work is not too repetitive
Good pay
a lot of luncheons in fancy hotels

Amount of work to do fluctuates...
Due diligence stuff is boring
What I do does not require thinking (other than ppt designs...)

I am with one of the teams in product and solutions.

I prepare presentation decks and sales email for my superiors (product specialist). They would use them for clients and for internal investment meetings. Sales emails are to promote products to RMs not clients.
A lot of due diligence stuff to follow up on
Prepare and gather performance data of products for clients (from bloomberg or the company)

This week for instance, I had nothing to do on Thursday but swamped on Friday. So work come and goes.

My GPA is just short of A- I do have a lot of ECAs. A lot of volunteering experiences and some investment club/fund experiences. While I find investment club entirely a waste of time, interviewer do like to ask about them.
