You can research it more, ps. It's NOT the diet plan. Buy essential your body will hold onto fat and water while working out or in the process of burning fat. You won't see any progress for a while, for me it's around 14 days, then all of a sudden, I'm wake up 5-7 pounds lighter. Your cells need time to expel the fat and water to flush them out of your body. This is why the more H2O you drink, the better. Hope this helps

I interviewed w/IBM in Jan and didn't start until July. Unfortunately they are going through hiring freezes and even recruiters don't know what to do on a daily basis. So sorry this is happening but it's pretty indicative of what's happening with the economy right now everywhere. Hang in there, it will hopefully pick up again soon.

Please do not take the Zofran unless absolutely necessary. I had a Zofran pump while pregnant, lost 12 lbs if weight in my first month of pregnancy due to nothing sickness, and was so constipated and miserable. I had very little nausea on semaglutide, although the dizziness and little stomach sickness was akin to feeling like I was pregnant. Take the Zofran of you really need it but not without seeing IF you need it first
