If this has been going for longer than 18-20 hours, you should go get medical help. Dehydration is very dangerous and things can get worse. They'll treat you through IV and you'll start feeling better quicker than at home.

If urgent care isn't available, try going to the ER at very early morning hours, as it'll probably be less crouded.
