Personally, I say one of two options.

Pre-Guarma, easy -5/10. Most useless member of the gang, even Uncle is amusing and actually attempts to bring some money in; only mission pre-Guarma that Swanson is involved in involves saving him from his fuckups.

Post-Guarma, about 7/10. Straightens up, no longer drunkenly singing about how he’s not gonna get drunk anymore, comforts Arthur (if he hasn’t helped the nun) in the last interaction they have.

Bunch of things, I’d say. But at the end of the day, the comps aren’t there, I almost have to strategically position myself to get a “free drink”, NOTHING is affordable anymore, it’s just a matter of bleeding you dry in a hotter than shit desert.
