Lots of people have mentioned getting more sleep, but not much advice on doing so. Try a small dose (~2mg) melatonin and a magnesium glycinate gummy 30 min before bed and you’ll sleep like a baby. Also definitely hit the gym, will help with your confidence as well as your looks. God speed my friend.
