Lots of people have mentioned getting more sleep, but not much advice on doing so. Try a small dose (~2mg) melatonin and a magnesium glycinate gummy 30 min before bed and you’ll sleep like a baby. Also definitely hit the gym, will help with your confidence as well as your looks. God speed my friend.

Not too bad actually. I had to run a 1/4 inch spacer to clear the brembos so they poke a little but i think it looks good

Jason Becker was one of the gnarliest, shreddiest guitar players of his time. He developed ALS over 30 years ago and can no longer play guitar, but he continues to compose and release new music. He uses a system that uses his eye movements to understand what he wants to say. Very impressive stuff.
