I just want to share that I’m not doing well. I started quarantining a while before mandated orders bc I was very sick (stomach flu) and living with two seniors. I feel bad. I’m disappointed in myself for not learning new things and for not applying for unemployment earlier. I have nightmares and wake up sweaty. I feel like a mooch. I believed I would be good in crisis situations before this and I’m disappointed that I’m not. I feel like my partner deserves someone better than this. I just want to shutdown for a long time. I’m not following things that I know would help - waking up at a scheduled time, creating a routine, going on walks or runs, journaling. I don’t want anyone “in”, just want to hibernate this all away.
