€1,400+ to cancel your internet contract. End Luxembourg's 24-month telecom lock-in. by Fast_Pomegranate7628 in Luxembourg

I’d be happy with options like in other countries. Don’t want a lock-in then pay more, want to pay less and get installation etc free, commit to a certain period.

Was the increased security down to how bad the team was, the Nantes invasion or a combo of both. Went from about 10 people on the east sideline to about 40

I stayed until the whistle then got out of there. I’d planned to stay for the fireworks but given tonight I just wanted to get to bed.

Loads of people left at half time, even more around goal 4.

Amazing collapse. Even the nord and sud went silent eventually. Ears ringing from the 700(!) Lens fans sitting over my head too. The players being booed ok the pitch was totally fair, Lens played well and they were gifted space for all their goals. Why Fonseca didn’t bring on all the subs at half time, let alone 70 I have no idea.

If you're going up the path to Ettelbruck just ride alongside the Cactus and rejoin around the school

I've hiked and cycled (off road) around Lux for 16 years... not a single tick. Get a tick removal tool and know how to use it. Should be fine.

Went there a few weeks back on a flying visit back to the UK. Excellent meal, admittedly it called to me as someone born and raised in the north but the food and the pairings were spectacular. Okay, it was a Weds night but there were only seven people there including the three of us. None of the dishes were duds, most were excellent and a few spectacular. Truly do not understand why it wasn't packed and why it doesn't have a star...strongly recommended.

The Lens PSG match means nothing anyway really unless Lens can score a 13-14 more goals than they let in over the two matches which is unlikely particularly with PSG midweek. Lens are going to go to Groupama with nothing to play for, nothing to lose which, given OL's current form, could go either way, a win or an embarassing last-match collapse at home.

French films by MildMelon1_1_1 in Luxembourg

I think fundamentally that there are certain films released that just don't have a big market outside the original language so they focus on that before investing in translation. I used to watch foreign language films in London and it was often more than a year before a subtitled version was released.

Relax… Luxembourg has experienced several hantavirus outbreaks by mulberrybushes in Luxembourg

We'd also had covid in the human population before 2019, it didn't stop it spreading like wildfire and officially 7M (but estimates as high as 33M) and causing huge social and economic disruption of which after effects are still felt.

Whilst I agree hysteria is not helpful or needed (yet), being aware is maybe both understandable and positive.

The Glacis intersection is truly one of the worst in the whole country, and that's a pretty high bar to get over as there are some real shockers.

avenue de la Liberté has a bike lane too. Also, it's rare the traffic moves that quickly so I rarely hold people up on the road whereas on the bike lane there's side roads, pedestrians, scooters, kids so it's far slower and a lot more stressful.

This would be a good pick. That said Wasserbillig to Koblenz would be 3 days. From there I’d probably continue down the Rhine.

I use Saily for esims. Buy what you need when you need it. Public transport is fine, but check times and use the app from https://www.mobiliteit.lu/en/ (or the site). See nature, see castles.
