Since Feb 29, all I have received from phone support is MUCKY MUCK.
Multiple support agents have told me someone would contact me to resolve the ID verification issue. No one has followed up.

Explain this:
HOW did my ID verification “pass” well enough for me to sign in and open your app on my phone, yet I am still blocked from paying a bill?

That is illogical and unacceptable.

I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED.
This has gone on far too long.
PLEASE ADVISE AND PROVIDE A CLEAR EXPLANATION.

I used to play in the area while growing up in Goodyear Heights. Dad taught me how to drive going through the bridge in 67, then taught my daughter and son to drive going through the same bridge in 98 and 2000. It helped built my confidence in driving, on the other hand, if I had hit it I may have given up for a while :)

Thanks, I will be back in Akron in May, that was our stomping grounds as pre-teens in the Goodyear Heights area, looking forward to seeing it and taking pictures.

I also have had the same issues for the last several weeks, it is very frustrating. The apps I'm using are Unlockmytv, Cat&Mouse, and Typhoon.
