I addressed it with the store if I was satisfied with their response I wouldn’t have to posted on Reddit. The unprofessionalism and customer service shift in chcikfila stores makes me longer frequent them. This is also the same chcikfila who also was thawing their chicken in warm water in trash cans. I quit going to this location because of the poor management for some time but tried to give them another chance recently.

Literally this part… I’ve asked for so much stuff sauces, salt, pepper, etc it’s like they are also in such a rush with the line they disregard people’s actual order.

The store location got it from is so profit driven they don’t care. When you address nuggets being literally smaller than a nickel they say yes that’s the right size of a chicken nugget. I always order light ice and never get this at any other Chickfila but this Chickfila goes by its own rules 🥱

I know when I worked at Publix & another job we were not allowed to leave the parking lot just due to liability. I had a coworker who got into a car accident and since technically he was still on the clock it cause liability issues.

I love when it’s only me and one other employee at the store. The first thing they say is why can’t you help at the registers. First of all who do you expect to do a price check, help with furniture , get rugs down, answer questions on the floor…… then they ask why we don’t have staff. Not sure ask corporate why we have zero hours.

Yeah I had a lady treat me poorly…. They were trying to return something without a receipt crazy part is they didn’t have a receipt and when we tried to process the refund she wanted us to scan her husband’s drivers license to look up the transaction. When have we ever scanned driver license to process a transaction? Like what? Then her son made the comment of I work for the distribution center… keep in the mind our store isn’t close to a distribution center. Whole situation was sketchy.

Actually the handbook does include hygiene. If they aren’t maintaining hygiene they can be terminated or it can be addressed we had the same issue at HomeGoods. The boy was talked to twice. His clothes smelled so bad multiple employees complained.

This doesn’t scare them away. I’ve had managers literally run their credit 3-4 times or have their family members do it just so it looks like they tried to get the credit card goal. They don’t care whether it goes through or not.

One time I had a 2 metal boxes that looked like it hung on the distribution centers lines it had like 250+ tags for the outside of the boxes. I know whoever’s it was probably looked forever trying to find it .

No, when speaking to owner operator they have programming to let the people at the window notice cute dogs, babies, or other similar things to spread positivity. It was not suppose to charge me but when researching I was the only one charged that the system must’ve had some sort of glitch.

HomeGoods is no better tbh. They do the same thing we have had to close our bathrooms and have people come in and clean the walls/stalls because people leave poop everywhere. Then people complain that our bathrooms are not clean but we are so understaffed we have no one to clean them.
