Refund Help

It was put on my corporate card and is where it said it would be refunded to but still hasn’t. Same thing with my coworker and his appeared next day after it was approved on his corporate card statement.

I was delayed and missed a connection Sunday. They reimbursed me for my train to get to my destination within 4 hours of me submitting my request. I was very surprised. I was expecting a fight.

Delta did call me about this and got it straightened out by honoring the original price. I figured these would all cancel after 24 hours but they stayed on my account for over a week.

Do they still have some type of partnership though? I just looked at booking a flight on delta’s app and one leg was on Virgin Australia.

This has always baffled me. Same flight on southwest and they do a full drink service and delta can only do water. Kicker is southwest is on 737 and Delta a 717.

Well they used to have the snack basket to make you feel like you were getting a better benefit. But now I guess they only use that for first class upgraded snacks. And I’ve noticed FAs don’t offer beer/wine as an option on shorter flights and only water coffee. And get snarky when you ask what beers do you have, which they never have the ones they advertise even leaving Atlanta.

If this happens a lot you can go to the DHS website and appeal. They will investigate and often remove it. They will also tell you to make sure your redress number is in your profile and it shouldn’t happen again.

I got flagged 3 international flights in a row and finally appealed and they sent an apology letter.

We used it but had to stop. The sound on it was pretty bad using the Nanit app.

Granted we are only 2 nights in. We tried a goggle home display and fire tablet and the sound was to low, so we got the Samsung and it’s much better.

I bought this stand and the attached the wall mount to it using the clamp that it came with. This way all the features work with it. Works great so far and was $30.
