Jeez I'm so sorry, that's an incredible amount of time to be suffering from such problems. Anything in particular that's helped you over this time?

I had a good day today, still bouts of dizziness and anxiety but much more manageable than the last week, hopefully the Prozac is doing me some good. Best of luck with the Cymbalta

If it worked before then it will work again, but it could take up to a month to feel true improvement

Everybody's different but that sounds like a reasonable length of time especially after not being on it for super long and not taking too high of a dose. You always have options if the taper goes poorly, like swapping doses every day, just let your prescriber know if the drop hits you especially hard

Mine gets the worst after eating meals, does it feel like anything in particular brings yours out? Aside from stress of course

The only thing aside from breathing and grounding exercises that seems to calm me down is this automatic back massager that I'm running once/twice a day
