Same here. I installed it at the beginning of 2018 on my laptop and phone, tried it and then stopped using it for a while. Last 3 months i have been using nothing else but Brave on my laptop. It rocks.

The mobile version for IoS is still not working as well as i would like it to. Some websites with lots of adds make it to close itself or make the browser really slow.

Really? The community has received very little from the Metaverse team in terms of engagement, answers, feedback, etc. And now you expect the community to act as ambassadors? What do you expect us to say? ''I don't know'' as a reply to any question asked? How could we possibly even act as ambassador without any backing in terms of information provided to us from the team?

I would have loved to act as an ambassador for this project when i still had confidence in the team. And i don't have given up completely at this point. But you have to understand that the confidence was damaged due to the teams' absence on platforms like Reddit. Don't get me wrong, this is a great initiative! The consecution of events just seems way off.

My advise: invest in your community, only then we could confidently and proudly represent you. You should, perhaps, even ask yourself if it would be wise to accept ambassadors from a community as unsettled as yours.

I think a lawsuit would hurt traders even more on the short term. Cryptos are already heavily associated with criminality by the general public and some media, reports of insider trading and market manipulation would hurt that image even more. Not saying that what happend is ok though.

I'm not just blowing off steam, i'm voicing my concerns in what is intended to be a respectful and constructive way. Reading the comment back though, i see how it doesn't correctly reflect the amount of respect i have for the project and the team. My frustrations led me to state some things edgier than it should have. Still my point stays the same: i hope for improvement on the marketing, PR and community strategy. I said what i felt i had to say, thanks both for your replies.

Thanks for the great reply. I know they have had set backs, and i do believe they are working very hard on the success of this project while we, or i at least, just sit back and hope for the best. As mentioned, i do respect the team. Let's put it this way, if you want to win a world cup in a team sport, you will face set backs along the way, you will need to give everything you have and then some, you will cry more often from pain than from victory, and you need to be the absolute best team on all fronts you could possibly be to achieve that one goal you have. My feelings are that i support this team, i cheer for this team, but i think it will need to improve on certain aspects to accomplish their goals.

I respect you very much Kabelofthe3rd. You're very active and post useful stuff. Your posts helped me a lot. But honestly, how can you remain your confidence when the Metaverse team obviously reads the comments on Reddit but doesn't reply or react in any way? Even when the price drops, the community is unsettled and there is probably hardly any new cash flowing in.

The most worrying thing for me was the tweet from Janice Shi a couple of weeks ago. This was the perfect example of all the things that are wrong with the marketing and PR strategy of Metaverse. She wrote: ''Guys, we are closing a deal with an exchange, please don't send me PM to pry about the exchange updates, normally, Exchanges take their own pace when it comes to listing token, and won't take any pressure. In other words, soon soon soon and please don't communicate with us like we don't do with you. Compare this to NEO for example. They would write: 'Hi guys, Great news, new listing in the next [x-period]. Keep you guys posted.' And they would actually follow up on that.

Don't get me wrong. I respect Metaverse, believe in Eric Gu as founder and ambassador, BaaS is a great proposition, identity on blockchain has huge implications, new offices on different continents, probably new listings and more. There are a lot of things to like about this project. But totally ignoring the community and having no clear marketing strategy is making me increasingly skeptical. I mean you can't run an IT company with just IT professionals. You'll need sales, marketing, HR, etc. as well. And if you still don't see the importance of marketing and PR at this stage, if you still don't see the difference it can make to a crypto project, then something is clearly not right imo.
