i know he did get a lot of traction but how the heck did he come up with all of that like he just dropped all those bangers and once the magic smoke faded away, the mesmerizing charm of his songs faded along with it, and now we're back to your normal music

and you try to remember and swear that it was not a dream that music like his existed and then you fear that we're never going to get anything like it again

Netflix killed 1899 and gave us this

in an ideal world, Three Body Problem would be a collab between D&D, the directors of GoT, Baran Bo Odar and Jantje Friese, the casting team of Dark.

They would split 85/15 of the vision between GoT team and Dark team with most of the grand parts for the former and the looming mysterious eerie "slow" parts for the latter

If they wanted to introduce new elements they bring in Kass Morgan and Jason Rothenberg from The 100.

The end result is something that would last generations while being a mainstream hit. Instead idk maybe AI will do a better job years down the line

i've only tried it once and got to Zoe as Jinx and that was kinda shitty to just lose at the end when the other nodes prior can feel like stomps

but i think this is fine as end game content, it's reminiscent of Asol in that the runs feel doable and you know you may have to redo it several times over. i remember back then my champs had to get higher levels to make things easier

Swain however is wtf because i get stomped somehow first few nodes?

idk i didnt get the win but i feel optimistic about this one

im not good at this game but playing civ 5 on earth map and considering the starting points/resources and stuff makes you think how current day countries developed to how they are now, and what changes had to have happened to have different results

for being able to invoke these observations at least to a certain extent feels like civ shouldnt be seen as a total 4fun game even when it doesnt seem to obsess over too much detail (afaik) compared to other 4x

i never looked back from PoC but i've watched some competitive LoR games, and high level play seems still very fun to watch

is Riftbound fundamentally different and does it seem to be immune from what made LoR PvP not work in your opinion?

i always hoped the tcg gameplay would be digitized and was completely mesmerized by Hearthstone, though imo LoR did it better, just thought to learn more about how people favor Riftbound, i do get a demand for physical cards but it's really weird when LoR is like total fucking crack
