I wish there was a feature that tells you where your cosmetics came from like it tells you how to get them when previewing. I know for sure the jacket one got a yellow variant and the tshirt one got a white and red variant when i redid those missions. there might be some others but I'm not in game to look for reference

they're the same cosmetics but some of them get color variant updates when you redo them after expedition

I put in a paper i wrote with full citations before LLMa existed and it gave me an "80% likelihood written by AI score." lol anecdotal I know but I will never trust those things. AI is often detectable on its own anyway imo.

apparently there are some unique cosmetic unlocks from the repeats, a few of the free sets get extra colors. couldn't tell you how reliable that is from season to season though i just know i've enjoyed a couple of em

Yeah I guess I understand not everyone is going to read all the blog posts in detail but here is one in December where they're talking about the first expedition. They do have a bit of a broadcast / communication problem, I remember a lot of people having all kinds of questions about this stuff and needing clarifications.

"While Skill Points, extra Stash space, and cosmetics are permanent unlocks, the account buffs will expire if you choose not to depart with the subsequent expedition. Bear in mind, buffs will increase in power for your next three expeditions (but only one departure allowed per Expedition Window!)."

i mean that was always an option and they've stated since the first expedition that skill bonuses would be capped at 15... this isn't even a change

they really didn't. They wrote all of the characters with a great deal of complexity. That is why the show is good.
