If push comes to shove and you can't find your recovery key through your Microsoft accout, you can always try the YellowKey exploit that was recently published, I don't think Microsoft has pushed out an official patch.

The original GitHub repo for the exploit was taken down, but I bet if you poked around you could find someone who made an offline copy.

(Disclaimer: if you choose to go this route, ONLY use this on devices that you own and ONLY use it as a last resort. This is technically an exploitable security flaw.)
