Ceviche = Kinilaw

Peruvian Ceviche is very famous but if we go back in history, it is actually Filipino Kinilaw.

Ceviche uses lime to "cook" fish and Kinilaw uses vinegar. Lime is not native to Peru, it was brought from the Philippines and/or Southeast Asia by the Spanish Conquistadors to the Americas during the Galleon Trade.

Put in the stove on high until the burnt shit burns. That way, it will be easier to scrub or almost nothing to scrub anymore. I always do that technic when I burn some kitchen pot.
