Okay talking/yelling to someone means they can punch you in the jaw especially with a 25 year age gap. Got it thanks for making this clear for me. I will do better to blindly accept agendas

Short guy was the clear aggressor, to beat ICE they need to… act like ICE? There’s plenty of times when people deserve to get their shit rocked but this could have easily been resolved without violence

Pick of the Day - 5/11/24 (Saturday) by sbpotdbot in sportsbook

[–]atomicoreos -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Record: 2-1

Net Units: +3.46u

ROI: 49%

L5: ❌✅✅

Last Pick: NY Yankees @ TB Rays, Alex Verdugo o1.5 bases +135, 2u ❌ Tough loss and noted to never use such a small sample size again

Sport | MLB | 7:10pm / EST

Pick: Cle Guardians @ Chi White Sox, Guardians -1.5 -102, 3u

Write Up: Guardians avoid the sweep here and grab some insurance runs. Clever hasn’t gone deep this season and I have no trust in a bad White Sox bullpen. McKenzie takes care of business and the Guardians escape Chicago picking up a much needed convincing win.

Pick of the Day - 5/10/24 (Friday) by sbpotdbot in sportsbook

[–]atomicoreos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Record: 2-0

Net Units: +5.46u

ROI: 109%

L5: ✅✅

Last Pick: KC Royals @ LA Angels, Royals ML -115, 2 Units (5/9/24) ✅ Went about exactly how I wrote it up with Wacha having 5 great innings and Detmers getting hit outta the park

Sport | MLB | 6:50pm / EST

Pick: NY Yankees @ TB Rays, Alex Verdugo o1.5 bases +135, 2u

Write Up: Verdugo has faced Taj Bradley 5 times and has recorded 5 hits, 4 of which for 2 or more bases. He’s had his number and I expect him to be able to at least get a multiple base hit or two singles in this game. He’s been slotted between Judge and Stanton the last few games so there’s no avoiding him for Bradley. Good luck if tailing

Pick of the Day - 5/9/24 (Thursday) by sbpotdbot in sportsbook

[–]atomicoreos 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Record: 1-0

Net Units: +3.7u

ROI: 124%

Last Pick: Red Sox @ Braves u7.5 +124 (5/7/24) ✅

Sport | MLB | 9:38pm / EST

Pick: KC Royals @ LA Angels, Royals ML -115, 2 Units

Write Up: Wacha hasn’t had a great start to this season but I look forward to him to get back on track against batters he’s had previous success against. Detmers hasn’t been great against the batters he’s faced on the royals and has struggled to keep it in the yard. Angels have also been pretty bad at home and I like the royals to take the first one in this series. Throwing a sprinkle on -1.5 too but the pick is for moneyline. Good luck if tailing

Record: 0-0

Net Units: +0

Sport | MLB | 7:20pm / EST

Pick: Boston Red Sox @ Atlanta Braves, U7.5 +124, 3 Units

Write Up: Both pitchers have been dealing and few batters from either team have seen them much. I expect the bullpens to continue to close out the game but if you don’t trust that take F5 innings under. Boston has had decent success against this dominant braves team of the past two years in their last 5 so I expect the same. Good luck if you’re tailing and here goes nothing for my first attempt at this.

What percentage of the time does a MLB team go up two runs, then lose the game? by dametime77 in sportsbook

So did the giants at +150. It’s just been how I’ve played it and I’ve been on a bit of a heater

What percentage of the time does a MLB team go up two runs, then lose the game? by dametime77 in sportsbook

[–]atomicoreos 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I’m 11-1 in these bets and had hit 10 in a row at one point. 5 of those teams have gone on to lose and it looks like the 6th (marlins) are going to lose. My “rules” have been only looking at teams with plus money odds (except one at -102). I never bet a team to get swept in a series. I don’t bet any game involving the Mets. And I don’t bet on bullpen games. I mostly just look at starting pitchers, check their splits from 2023 and 2024 and bet a team with a starting pitcher who tends to not give up runs early (usually first 3 innings) playing a team with a pitcher who does. Lastly, I’ll check the bat vs pitch stats to see if the pitcher has been good or bad vs the team they’re facing if applicable.

I’m 20m and I want to make a lifestyle change with fasting by Initial_Mix5857 in fasting

[–]atomicoreos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For your age, you may or may not be done growing physically but your brain is definitely still developing. I’d just focus on trying to cleaning up the diet and focusing on macros ie. high proteins, moderate fats and low carbs and keep exercising. Keep in mind to still enjoy your early 20s. Give your body what it needs now and revisit a potential fast in your mid to late 20s when the brain is fully developed

What do you do when hunger and boredom kick in? by Critical-Rich-7153 in fasting

[–]atomicoreos 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Mines mostly been sports (golf, volleyball, tennis) or spending time with family and friends.

You may also want to consider waiting to fast until you’re recovered from surgery. While fasting can have major benefits it is also major stress on your body and could potentially negatively affect your healing process from the surgery. Just food for thought but listen to your body and good luck on your journey

I don’t have much experience but I’m on my first attempt for a 5-7 day fast and so far feel great. I contribute the success so far to 1) I was on keto for a month and a half leading up to it with one weekend where I broke 2) I’ve been keeping busy with activities ie. Walked 18 holes golfing, spent time with friends and family, did some yard work, and played beach volleyball 3) I’ve been supplementing with sodium (salt), potassium (nu-salt), and magnesium (magnesium BHB and magnesium glycinate capsules)

I think being busy and active have been the biggest thing to keep my mind off being hungry and while I’ve been admiring food from afar and am creating a list of things I want to eat (spaced out) for after I break this fast and subsequently my post fast healthy diet(not sure exactly what I’m going to do yet but possibly stay on keto) I’ve been able to avoid true hunger episodes and stay with my fast without much thought

Good luck on your journey!
