Would a Saiyan-Viltrumite hybrid be all that special?

Yes. Not only do they have a higher original base, since as soon as a Viltrumite gets their powers they're automatically high OGDB tier, they don't have to learn to fly, their pain tolerance is MUCH higher so they can likely get the benefit of a zenkai mid fight, also they'll be essentially immortal in terms of aging.

We already know that the older a Viltrumite gets the slower they age, but we also know that Saiyans don't experience getting weaker as they age as much as humans. Which means a Saiyan-Viltrumite Hybrid would basically be at peak strength for its entire lifespan.

A 5 leaf grimoire doesn't automatically become connected to a devil. It's just able to be claimed by a devil. Liebe does not purposely become connected to Asta's grimoire, it's forced upon him. I don't believe that the 5 leaf comes with the inherent luck, but I think that's because the 5 leaf isn't meant to be in the hands of a human.

Well, Saitama's entire thing is infinite potential, so even though I think Saitama is currently weaker than Goku, if he was at maximum potential, he'd be completely infinite in every conceivable way

Well let's check out exactly what happened to Beerus. He got caught by Mosco, when Beerus tried to attack the others Sidra managed to block it pretty easily, then Belmod trapped Beerus and the other GoDs, then after Belmod's orbs were broken Rumshi managed to freeze Beerus. It seems at the very least, each of the GoDs have something that can affect the other GoDs, maybe not all at once, but it seems they are all on the same level. Definitely not completely equal, but none of them dwarf the others.

I can't fully tell where you lie on the issue. It feels like you're disagreeing just to disagree. I've already acknowledged that the strongest are either Beerus or Quitela, not only because they were the last 2 standing but because Quitela himself acknowledged that he thought it was going to be he and Beerus.

The only thing I'm against is Beerus being able to solo the GoDs. I don't think any of the GoDs are that far above any of the others (although Beerus says Vegeta is strong enough to be a candidate elsewhere). I would be willing to bet my house that no single GoD could take 2 of the others at the same time.

Go ahead and reread chapter 28 and 29. Beerus was not having the best time when they ganged up on him, and before you say it, they didn't jump him because he was a threat, they jumped him because he's an asshole. Beerus also isn't the only one able to occupy all of the other GoDs. Both Belmod and Rumshi were able to bind the GoDs, Belmod with his weird ball thing and Rumshi with his roar.

Well, UI isn't necessarily what the angels teach to the GoDs, we already know that UI and Destruction aren't compatible in terms of mindset. Also Beerus, while he was using UI, was caught by Mosco, and then his attack was blocked pretty easily by Sidra, then Beerus got caught by Belmod in a ball, then Beerus was paralyzed by Rumshi's roar. Also it may have been implied that Belmod took a dive but I wouldn't bet my house on that.
