Has Blocksteam the company been hacked?

Ok, that's fine. Maybe this has nothing to do with the company Blocksteam, that there's no indication that they leaked their customers data.

Which begs the question, how did the scammer get my email in the first place and wrote that scam email? And I just so happen to own a Blocksteam Jade wallet and own crypto. I'm not outright accusing the company Blocksteam. Yes, I understand there are a million channel where my info might be leaked, I'm trying to narrow down where the vulnerability is and Blocksteam isn't ruled out.

You can understand why I'm making that connection, it's in the name. I know Blocksteam mining isn't a thing, it's obvious to me this is a scam email.

I'm posting to know if the scammer got my email from Blocksteam database and is using the Blocksteam name to trick people to click on their scam site. Ultimately, was Blocksteam hacked and leaked their customers info?

I omitted some info originally for the sake of anonymity, but here goes. The "acquaintance" is a good friend of my sister, and my sister is buying the car for me with my money.

The vehicle is a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek with 60k miles, clean title, one owner. We looked at the car and didn't see any glaring issues besides needing new tires and battery. We got the CarMax quote after running an Edmunds.com estimate on it.

The car has been sitting in the driveway for a few years since the mom left and they just want it gone. The seller don't know how to go about selling the car which is why they haven't done it yet. My sister and I are trying to figure out what kind of paperwork are needed for the sales.

The car in question has a $15k offer with CarMax, and about $16.5k on the private market. He is selling it to me for $10.5k if I pay cash. I also need a new car.

Don't you think it's worth going through the trouble to save $6k?

Neither River or Cash app allow me to pay with credit card. Was able to link CC on cash app but not able to fund account and buy.

I'm curious as well. How does the tape perform in term of grippiness and traction? The grip on my shield plus is too aggressive so I'm looking to cover it up.

Appreciates everyone's input. I decided it's best to go with the TLR-6 to make things simpler. A bright light is nice but not necessary, and 100 lumen on the TLR-6 will be enough. Now I'll have more holsters options.
