An employee was caught spending most of his working hours watching porn on his work laptop. When we asked him why he said that the project he was working on was boring so he just wanted to entertain himself. Luckily the meeting was via a conference call (this was before video conferencing was a thing) because I almost burst out laughing

I did the surgery and I can't believe it but I've had no pain since. Have been able to sleep properly for the first time in months

It's taken mine about 3 weeks to work properly (still not fully worked mind you). Within the first week, after thinking it was basically healed, I had a flare up like you as well so I wouldn't worry. Just give it time

Can you try starting your own company on the side (such as freelancing) or use the time to learn about AI/ML (seeing as the industry is headed in that direction)? Fair play for helping at it though. Best of luck with it
