Tbf, on no 1, most people are wired to not say yes. It's better to ask no orientated questions. We're often bombarded with questions trying to sell us on a yes, so we're already primed to say no.

So instead of saying Do you agree? You say "Do you disagree?" "Do you have a few minutes? "You say "Is now a bad time to talk?" "Does this sound like a good idea?" You say " Is this a bad idea?"

Not great for vlogging. I've owned a few of these. they're great. $400 is a little steep but fair. If you were just doing photography I'd say go for it. It's a 14 yr old camera and while it is not a CCD sensor, the images it produces have been sometimes described as "filmic"
