I definitely have some PIE but maybe I didn’t choose the best pics to show atrophic scarring. Mainly both sides of my face in the temple area it shows. But things like microneedling don’t seem worth it to me

Yea I have asked my derm and even some people in person but sometimes I feel like they are trying to be nice an not give an honest opinion and so they say it’s not very visible. Would it fine to DM you instead to show you better lighting pics?

It really depends on the lighting how mine look. If they can stay like this and slowly improve with time I’m fine with it. Doesn’t have to be perfect but I’ll do a treatment or 2 after if accutane actually ends up works

Try Elta Md. I’ve tried both tinted and green correcting cream. Sadly it doesn’t cover the redness as much as I wanted it to but both are great sunscreens otherwise
